A: In many instances we fund the purchase with our own resources. In others we assign the purchase to our network of trusted investors. Q: How quick can you close?
A: In as little as 7 days, or on your schedule.
Q: Do I need to clean or fix anything before selling?
A: Nope! We buy houses exactly as they are— no repairs or clean up needed.
