Q: Are you the actual buyer or do you have to have to find a buyer?
A: Yes, either myself or one of my trusted investment partners will be buying the property. We move quickly if the numbers make sense and do not waste sellers’ time.
Q: How quick can you close?
A: In as little as 7 days, or on your schedule.
Q: Do I need to clean or fix anything before selling?
A: Nope! We buy houses exactly as they are— no repairs or clean up needed.
Q: What kind of houses do you buy?
A: Any kind, any condition— vacant, inherited, rental, even fire- or water damaged.
Q: Will I pay a fees or commissions? A: Never. We cover all closing costs, and there are no agent fees because we are not agents.
